Pricing

We've tried to make pricing a simple as possible. There aren't any surprise charges or quotas. We charge based on the fact that the more bookings you are getting, the more resources you're using.

In order to take deposits you'll need an Internet merchant account. We'll sort the payment provider account once you have this.

Everything but payment

The base charge is £1 per booking + VAT. Cancelled bookings are refunded. There is a minimum monthly charge of £20 + VAT. You will be automatically invoiced at the end of each calendar month.

Telephone support and advice is included.

Adding payments or deposits

In order to take payments, unfortunately we need to use an external payment provider. You'll need a merchant account from your bank and a subscription with a compatible payment provider. The monthly subscription for this is £20 per month and they will take a small percentage of each transaction depending on your status. We are constantly evaluating new solutions to this to avoid this extra charge.
