Asking the customer questions

We’ve added more options for asking customers questions whilst they book.

The last of the booking screens, has the freeform entry field for customers to enter any additional details or requests. We now also have additional fields for them to:

Enter their Vehicle Registration number

State if their visit is for Business or Pleasure

Give the name of their Group Leader or Organiser

These questions are optional and can be switched on or off, can be made compulsory and can have their wording amended.  The customer responses are included in a booking’s details and can be searched for.
