The Close Rack Only feature makes it easy to set all or parts of a property to be available to a specific group or groups of people. Example uses might be for a wedding or party.

The main availability screen has an Entire Property level and each room/pitch has it’s own row too. At the room level you can close a date, set an allocation or leave it selling the underlying room Default to sell value. The Entire property level has for some time allowed all rooms to be Closed to Rack Only, this allows offers to sell whilst the standard rate (Rack) is closed. We have now introduced Closed Rack Only at room level, this allows a specific room or rooms to be closed to standard rate whilst offers can continue to sell. An offer can therefore be created that makes the room or rooms available for a particular scenario, this might often be private for a group or function.
